Job overview

This position will work with the Ooredoo Group Leadership Team, the Opco CEOs and direct reports, the Manager Contract Management will be accountable for the successful delivery of ESS Transformation Program ensuring appropriate assurance program. The program aims to implement a unified way of working across Finance, Sourcing and Human Resources with clear roles and responsibilities that eliminates redundancy and promotes efficiency.

The role will ensure a coordinated approach throughout Ooredoo, enabling Ooredoo operations to execute their mandates effectively.

The  Manager Contract Management will be responsible to ensure continuous monitoring of the program's quality and risks at a holistic program level.

The role will report into the Director: Program Support and will be subject to Governance via ESS SteerCo and Program Leadership.

Your impact on our goals
  • Facilitate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with strategic partners and vendors to ensure alignment with business goals and operational effectiveness.

  • Lead the development of clear, measurable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance objectives in close coordination with relevant stakeholders.

  • Manage contract-related claims, issues, disputes, and escalations with strategic suppliers, ensuring timely resolution and continuous contract optimization.

  • Oversee program deliverables and budget compliance, ensuring that all contractual and delivery requirements are executed to the defined standards.

  • Evaluate System Integrator (SI) performance against contractual obligations and provide action-oriented recommendations for improvement throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Handle contract renewals and lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms, mitigate risks, and maintain strong commercial relationships.

  • Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and generate Purchase Orders (POs) in line with procurement policies and budget approvals.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoice validation, processing, and issue resolution in accordance with contract terms.

  • Work closely with OpCos to align on invoicing, contract requirements, and budget allocation, ensuring consistency and financial governance across entities.

  • Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and technical teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation across all contract engagements.

Experience
  • 10 years of Management Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of Transformation experience

  • Minimum 5 years in sector industry

  • Work across diverse cultures and geographies

  • Proven track record of business improvement

  • High performing individual in a line management position, with strong standing to be perceived as peer for most management levels

  • Understanding of functional areas and/or products associated with specific initiative

  • Ability to drive change management work stream in a project context with limited guidance

  • Sound business judgment to ensure cultural aspirations are well integrated in performance improvement activities

  • Sufficient financial knowledge to understand business cases and consequences on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow

  • Ability to coach and train, including conducting group and one to one training

  • High level of energy and creativity for transformation, willingness to go the extra mile

  • Regional and international travel

Qualifications
  • BS Degree in computer science or engineering or higher
