Job Overview

The Senior Analyst, Organization Development will be responsible for managing and supporting a range of core OD initiatives, including organization structure design, job description management, workforce planning, and the implementation of OD modules within SAP. This role will also contribute significantly to the SAP System transformation program, working closely with the Senior Director, Organization Development & Adjacencies to drive organizational effectiveness and position Ooredoo as an agile, future-ready organization.

Your impact on our goals

SAP Implementation for OD:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of OD-related modules in SAP, ensuring smooth integration and utilization across OD processes. Maintain data integrity and ensure that SAP supports OD objectives effectively.

  • Support the Senior Director with the SAP System transformation program.  Tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Data Mapping & Migration – Assist in mapping, cleansing, and migrating HR data to SAP.

  • System Testing – Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure functionality aligns with business needs.

  • Process Documentation – Help document new processes, workflows, and SOPs in the new system.

  • Change Management Support – Contribute to training materials and assist with employee communications where required.

  • Issue Tracking – Log and escalate system bugs or user issues during testing and early rollout.

  • Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.

  • Reporting Validation – Check and validate reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy post-migration.

  • System Configuration Input – Provide input on functional requirements and support basic configuration tasks.

     

Support the SAP System Program:

  • Contribute to the success of the SAP System transformation program by aligning OD initiatives with the broader organizational change and development strategy.

Job Description Development & Management:

  • Oversee the creation, updating, and standardization of job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

     

Organization Design & Structure Management:

  • Support the design, analysis, and optimization of organizational structures to align with business strategies. Conduct job analysis and ensure that structure updates are aligned with evolving business needs.

Competencies Models

  • Maintain and update the JDs database.

  • Maintain and update the competencies models.

  • Responsible for crafting the job descriptions together with colleagues for HR so that recruiting activities can be driven to be of high quality based on specific JDs.

 

HR Policies & Decision Rights Manual

  • Support with  the HR policies and operating model.

  • Support OPCOs in review of HR Policies and Decision Rights Manual (DRM)

     

Performance Management

  • Monitor the effectiveness of the new organizational design and make adjustments as needed.

  • Assess the impact on performance, employee engagement, and other relevant metrics.

  • Support with the Performance Management System - strategic direction / fair process - identifying high and low performers / clear linkage from reward to the individual and organization by developing a link to the Balanced Score Card /KPI's for the organization.

  • Drive a Performance Management System process which clearly supports performance improvement by positioning the organizations PMS policies and procedures as a Performance Driven Organization.

  • Drive ongoing review and improvements to the PMS process based on market best practices.

Support OPCOs in Performance Management implementation

Your profile

Experience 

  • 5-10 years of work experience is preferred

  • At least 4-5 years in an HR role with telecoms/technology industry background

  • Excellent process & organizational design skills supported with outstanding understanding of how process and org design decisions impact the business.

  • Solid understanding of HR (IT) systems (preferably SAP) used in the group and related capabilities of the systems if there are.

  • Must have worked in developing markets, ideally in a multinational environment.

  • Excellent communicator

Experience in GCC countries is an advantage
