The Purpose
Utilize profession expertise in repairing phone mobiles, ensuring optimum performance that lead to customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilties & Responsiblities
  • Proactively utilize skills in providing the requested tasks efficiently and promptly, to ensure that the staff deliver the optimum and agreed level of contribution to Phono revenue and strategy.
  • Troubleshoot new repair cases and share feedback with peers to enhance repair efficiency.
  • Report day to day tasks and challenges to Technical supervisor, to ensure keeping objectives flow on track.
  • Meet the target set by Division Manager.
  • Attend constantly the training and coaching to relevant field.
  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-updated of developments, knowledge and innovations in related field of expertise.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with each one in the team and technical supervisor.
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting & Repairing (L1, L2, L3) base repairs on all GSM devices
  • Knowledge in Diagnostic Check to Identify the potential hardware & software issues
  • Creating Job order with all required details & confirm the warranty coverage
  • Upgrading & Restoring Software.
  • Visual Mechanical Inspection, Replacement & System Transactions.
  • Global Service Exchange (GSX) Repair Creation & Escalations
  • Shipping Faulty devices to the Vendor & monitoring the Receiving Replacement Stock
  • Requesting & Controlling Replacement device.Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  • Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Electronic & Electric Circuit or similar discipline from recognized institution.
  • Intensive courses or equivalent of technical training. 
Requirements
  • MS Office
  • Good knowledge of telecommunications products, services and procedures.
  • Intensive knowledge of workshop condition; ESD fittings, repair levels, etc.
  • Fluent in English; written and spoken.
  • Dynamic, friendly and sincere personality
