The Role

Explore potential locations in the operating markets and provide wide options of locations for business needs. Do initial negotiations with location owners and follow up towards strategic real estate deals. Manage all processes and procedures for legalization of the new locations for business operations.

Key Responsibilties
  • To scan for suitable new business location operating markets.

  • Identify potential locations.

  • Calculate tentative total location acquiring cost.

  • Analyse feasibility of various deal options

  • Propose optimum deal options to the management.

  • Clarify management concerns on the proposal and participate in the process finalization of the deal.

  • Present the final deal to the location owners and do the necessary negotiations if required.

  • Update the negotiation details to the management on regular basis.

  • Propose the deal contract If the parties are agreed on.

  • Perform all necessary documentations without loopholes in the consultation with the legal department

  • Evaluate existing stores and locations.

  • Negotiate reducing rental cost.

  • Replace existing non-profitable outlets with new profitable opportunities.

  • Understand and apply company’s business interests in the newly acquired location and perform required legalization needs of the acquired location, including municipal and commercial licenses.

  • To contact municipal, ministries and legal officials for ensuring all basic supplies and services, including water, electricity, drainage, telephone, internet etc are reaching company locations without any legal hindrances, all the time for the business operations.

  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant to field of expertise.

  • Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar discipline from a recognized university.

Job specific technical Skills
  • 5-6+ required years of experience in Real Estate or a relevant role.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Arabic.

  • Typing skills in English and Arabic.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
