Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary:

Responsible for supporting and developing data operations, monitoring data pipelines, and ensuring data availability and quality across the organization. This role provides hands-on support to business and analytics teams by ensuring that data flows are efficient, accurate, and timely.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operational tasks related to data loading, transformation, and validation.

• Monitor and support data pipelines and scheduled jobs to ensure successful execution and performance.

• Investigate and resolve data mismatches, delays, or anomalies reported by internal teams.

• Support business and analytics teams by fulfilling data-related queries and assisting with source-to-target validation.

• Ensure availability and reliability of key data sources, especially for critical reports and dashboards.

• Other related responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of SQL for querying, analyzing, and debugging data.

• Familiarity with data pipelines, data warehousing concepts, and ETL workflows.

• Knowledge in NiFi, Spark & Airflow is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
