Duties and Responsibilities

Role Purpose

To support the design and implementation of Ooredoo’s talent development and training initiatives, ensuring effective performance management, structured career progression, and the continuous development of employee capabilities in alignment with business goals.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle and monitor the performance management cycle, ensuring timely goal setting, mid-year reviews, and end-of-year evaluations.

  • Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of the Career Path Framework, ensuring alignment with job structures and organizational strategy.

  • Conduct development assessments and track employees’ progress against their individual development plans.

  • Recommend action plans and training programs to address performance gaps and enhance employee capability.

  • Provide career consultation and guidance to employees regarding career progression and mobility opportunities.

  • Coordinate and support the design and delivery of learning programs aligned with career paths and competency models.

  • Develop and maintain functional and behavioral competency frameworks covering all positions in Ooredoo.

  • Prepare regular reports and analytical insights on learning, development, and performance trends for management use.

  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Work Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in similar positions.

  • Bachelor ‘s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related Filed.

  • Excellent understanding of career path, performance management, and talent development and HR best practices and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of Succession planning is a plus.
