The Purpose
Accountable for the Retail store continuous inspection Interior and Exterior Design, the retail shops collateral support and needs from suppliers. In addition to being accountable for the maintenance of existing Retail stores quality.
Key Accountabilties & Responsiblities
Ensure that corporate guidelines for retail development are complied with as per direction of the Retail Branding Guidelines and as directed by the Manager Channel Premises.
Ensure standards are maintained in all retail stores in order to maintain service quality for each retail segment in accordance with set guidelines.
Ensure the process of rebranding of shop being applied by the revamp group
Coordinate the relation with external parties, including but not limited to:
Vendors and Contractors (within retail scope)
Suppliers (within retail scope) Distribute Store Opening Schedule to strategic Business Partners and follow up as and when required.
Coordinate with Franchisee and contractor when requested by Manager Channel Premises to ensure proper implementation of the branding guidelines in all stores and report deviation from the guidelines.
Coordinate the transformation Process with guidance from the Manager Channel Premises, to shift approved stores to franchisee.
Affectively coordinate with Facility Teams to achieve the required Standards for Look & Feel for retail shops and report deficiencies and deviation from corporate guidelines.
Prepare PR for all related tasks in accordance and with guidance from the Manager Channel Premises and follow up until payments are done.
Coordinate and follow-up with the Purchasing department as and when required for quotations.
Review established processes and procedures and recommend areas to be improved on, with regards to shop's building and maintenance.
Produce periodical reports to monitor the progress of assigned tasks in accordance with guidelines set by the Manager Channel Premises.
Ensure all campaigns and collaterals related are being produced/ distributed to the right channels on time.
Continuous update of the TMM according to business needs.
Oversee the demo device distribution and availability in stores.
Follow up on mystery shoppers points to be completed and done according to retail guidelines.

Qualifications
Diploma degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
Requirements
Previous sales or merchandising experience in a related industry.
Knowledge of Project Management and Business administration.
Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities
