The Role
Utilize professional expertise in Distribution KPIs and Market working, implement tasks and report requested documents, ensuring proper implementation of system. 
Key Accountabilities and Activities
  • Collect Data from different sources and Prepare reports to get 360° visibility of commercial operations in order to make the right decisions & planning
  • Deliver Daily Report (each zone separately) which covers
  • Market Working KPIs (FOS/ASM/Supervisor/ZM)
  • Distribution KPIs
  • Acquisition KPIs

  • Generate MIS (Support Management & Zonal Team)
  • Regional Gross Adds' Insight Reports and Analysis on Quality of acquired customers
  • SoGA Movement
  • Usage Threshold and MOM Usage Behaviour like M1, M2, M3
  • Monitoring of POS balance & Secondary in conjunction with Tertiary trend
  • Deep Dive Insight for Monthly Retention like M1, M2, M3
    • Sole responsibility for small to medium size Analytical projects (post project launched ) which
      •  Dedicated to Automation & New Customer Acquisition Team.
    • Assists in the identification of key Business Issues and the design of analytic approaches and reports.
      • Current Launched Projects
      •  SIM Registration Status from latest POS App Version
    •  EVC Inventory Change (EVC Transfer from POS to POS/ EVC Online Sale)
    • Different Offer for Gross Adds by Acquisition Team
      • Preparation of reports derived from our analytical results, highlighting implications of findings with powerful Data visualizations of graphs, charts, and metrics on dashboards/reports
      • Preparation of standard and non-standard deck for management committee reviews & adhoc analysis
      • Provide required deliverables to  internal stakeholders
      • Communication (internal/external stakeholders)
      • Meaningful Insights in reports/analysis
      • Subject Matter of reports/analysis
      • Data Accuracy of reports/analysis
      • Data Efficiency of reports/analysis

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in business or a related discipline 
Other Information
  • 5-6 required years of experience  in related fields.
  • Strong Technical skills
  • Intensive knowledge of Telecom business
  • Fluent in English; written and spoken.
  • Sincere, dynamic personality.
  • MS office skills
  • Creative, innovative mind-set and leadership personality
