The Role
Provide an efficient and professional sales admin support and ensure the company IT systems, infrastructures, servers, networks and securities are running to an efficient level.
Key Accountabilities and Activities
  • Ensure all the Ooredoo Systems (DMS Core & All Sales Apps) are running efficiently and has uninterrupted services for customers
  • Manage Technical issues related to above systems
  • Manages all CRs across all systems of Ooredoo & UAT testing
  • Backend all GUI Uploads for Applications
  • User Access Control for all systems
  • Manage the security standards which set by Ooredoo & clients computers & it's testing
  • Develop on conceptual ideas of existing systems and software, to influence management new decision.
  • Keep track on IT policy in accordance with Ooredoo standards; bring departmental attentions for any changes or new requirements.
  • Handles the technical procedures for any upcoming Ooredoo systems.
  • Spearhead all Technical discussions with Vendors and always on top of DMS & Sales App feature & functionalities Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  • Other duties as directed by Senior Management or other superiors.
  • Other duties as directed by Head of Operations.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in business or a related discipline 
Other Information
  • 3-4 required years of experience  related function
  • Team building and coaching skills
  • Skills in project management
  • Knowledge of the Telecom industry would be an advantage
  • Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities
  • Good command of both written and verbal English, Arabic would be an advantage
  • MS Office applications
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong Technical skills
