The Purpose
Utilize profession expertise in accounting area, implement tasks and report requested documents, ensuring proper implementation of system.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Translate the instructions given by the senior manager into practice through the effective implementation of process and procedure.
Report day to day financial transactions on written documents.
Proceed Bank reconciliation and the available cash report.
Report the profit and loss against budget and plans, anticipate any discrepancies to influence finance management decisions.
Handle monthly closing activities.
Prepare monthly management reports and quarterly board presentation.
Handle the annual audit process.
Prepare shop profitability.
Support a specific project with finance records, profit and loss analysis upon management request.
Take the initiative to stay well-informed & literate to a relevant field.
Attend required training and coaching when requested.Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
Contribute to the company communication plan through attendance of regular team meetings, events and preparation of requested reports.
Work in accordance with the guidelines set by Ooredoo & Phono policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or similar discipline from recognized institution.
• Intensive courses or equivalent in same field, especially in excel apps or accounting programs.
Required Skills & Experiences
Minimum 6 years’ experience in relevant field.
Fluent in English & Arabic; written and spoken
MS Office Skills
Computer literate with an analytical and inquiring approach.
Advanced Excel skills are a must.
Problem solving and Decision making skills
Planning and Budgetary skills
Communication skills
Leadership skills
