The Purpose
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales peers and team in order to achieve Ooredoo goals incorporating superior customer service, business development, operational efficiency and profitability.
Meet the sales target of all Ooredoo products & services as set by Sales Operations
Key Accountabilties & Responsiblities
Plan, analyse and implement new methods to sell Ooredoo products to local dealers and sub dealers.
Negotiate, recommend and gain approval for a new deal for POS, ensuring it is met the objective and policy of Ooredoo.
Monitor the financial performance of POS network against plans and budgets, pointing out the attention to any incline in order to take remedied actions.
Share the feedback received from customer and market with Ooredoo management in order to influence new decisions and actions.
Input new products and services to existence customer to improve sales productivity.
Anticipate customer needs and Input to the development of new products and services, to ensure it is competitive and updated in the market.
Contribute to the company communication plan through attendance of regular team meeting and preparing of relevant reports, presentations and documents.
Oversee the activity and performance of FOS team, to ensure providing constant support on business cases.
Identify resources, perform workload assignments and provide assistances when required.
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Oversee warehouse operations and Decide appropriate quantities of items to stock.
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Monitor credit rotation in the market and make sure that the credit limit within the approved level.
Visiting all A / B & C category of POS’s ONCE in a month with QR checkin
Driving Distribution KPIs like Gross add, DUAO | QUAO & QURO and achieving Monthly targets are key for this role.
Ensuring Ooredoo products & services are available at all Telecom outlets
Ensuring Ooredoo Brand & BTL materials @ POS
Ensure corrective actions on Non performing team members Ensure Individual Performance Plans (IPP) is completed for all staff in accordance with phono policy.
Set the monthly and yearly team KPIs.
Improve team performance through exploring individual’s SWOT-Strengths Weakness Opportunities and Threats- and recommending relevant coaching and training to meet phono objectives.
Encourage team work performance through recommending of reward incentives and annual promotions.
Share knowledge and expertise with the team.Contribute to the event and exhibition plans for the organization through proceeding of relevant tasks.
Assure optimum level of coordination with purchase and Logistic department, to ensure the flow of products from vendors.
Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-updated of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field.
Share knowledge and expertise with sales and marketing peers.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business administration or similar discipline from recognized institution.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in relevant field.
Intensive knowledge of local market condition and areas.
Fluent in English; written and spoken.
Creative, innovative mind-set and leadership personality.
MS office skills
