The Purpose
Responsible to assist the Project Manager in managing the projects which will include monitoring and reporting on all projects that span across the Projects Management Office.
Key Accountabilties & Responsiblities
Assist the project manager in managing the development of projects plans starting from the project initiation till the project delivery to the client. The project plan shall describe the project schedule/timelines & milestones using appropriate tools to track project milestones & deliverables.
Coordinate, expedite and report all activities related to major projects.
Follow up the activities related to PMO projects.
Close the activities.
Assign the activities to the stakeholders through system (Siebel).
Export all data / activities under PMO queue.
Ensure all communications and correspondences with the clients are recorded and filed accordingly for future reference.
Make the letters related to PMO projects.
Handover documents filing for PMO projects
Manage and maintain effective business relationships with clients.
Support the stakeholder’s i.e. petty cash.
Provide data and information related to transition/transformation projects.
Prepare and submit consolidated periodical progress report (weekly and monthly basis) that encompasses the status of each project within the Project Management Office.
Report on the utilization of all resources within the department and ensure that they are effectively utilized and critical milestones are met in.
Submit the completion reports to concerns team
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related degree
Requirements
Required Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in a telecom industry
Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English is preferred.
Ability to work effectively under pressure
MS Office
Good knowledge of telecommunications products, services and procedures
